1. 適用範圍 / Scope
HKMovie67 由其個人開發者營運（下稱「HKMovie67」、「我們」）。本政策適用於 hkmovie67.com、HKMovie67 流動應用程式，以及直接支援這些服務的雲端功能。
使用第三方網站、售票服務、預告片平台或應用程式商店時，相關第三方會按其自身政策處理資料。
HKMovie67 is operated by its individual developer ("HKMovie67", "we", "us"). This policy applies to hkmovie67.com, the HKMovie67 mobile applications, and cloud functions that directly support those services.
Third-party websites, ticketing services, trailer platforms, and app stores process data under their own policies when you use them.
2. 我們處理的資料 / Data We Process
- 帳戶及個人檔案：電郵地址、Firebase 使用者 ID、顯示名稱及自我介紹。
- 片單及私人記錄：想看、已看、略過狀態，以及你選擇儲存的戲院、座位、日期及筆記。
- 公開及社交活動：評分、影評、回覆、讚好、投票、追蹤、封鎖及舉報。你發布的公開內容可被其他使用者看到。
- 積分及兌換：成就、分數、每日領取、兌換要求及履行狀態。
- 訂閱資料：Google Play 產品 ID、購買權杖、權益狀態及到期時間。付款卡資料由應用程式商店處理，我們不會取得完整付款卡資料。
- 服務及保安記錄：託管及網絡供應商可能處理 IP 位址、時間、請求及錯誤資料，以提供服務、防止濫用及保障帳戶。
- Account and profile: email address, Firebase user ID, display name, and bio.
- Lists and private logs: wanted, watched, and skipped states, plus any cinema, seat, date, and notes you choose to save.
- Public and social activity: ratings, reviews, replies, likes, votes, follows, blocks, and reports. Content you publish publicly can be viewed by other users.
- Rewards and redemption: achievements, score, daily claims, redemption requests, and fulfilment status.
- Subscription data: Google Play product ID, purchase token, entitlement status, and expiry. Payment card details are handled by the app store; we do not receive complete card details.
- Service and security records: hosting and network providers may process IP address, time, request, and error data to deliver the service, prevent abuse, and protect accounts.
3. 留在裝置的資料 / Data Kept on Device
目前 Android 版本可在你授權後讀取大概或精確位置，用於在裝置上計算及排列附近戲院距離。HKMovie67 Android 程式碼不會把這些座標上傳至我們的伺服器。
本機搜尋內容及排程提醒亦留在裝置。日後如加入會上傳定位、遙距推送、分析、廣告或崩潰報告的功能，我們會先更新本政策及所需的同意或聲明。
With your permission, the current Android release can access approximate or precise location to calculate and sort nearby cinema distances on your device. The HKMovie67 Android code does not upload those coordinates to our servers.
Local searches and scheduled reminders also remain on device. If a future release adds location upload, remote push, analytics, advertising, or crash reporting, we will update this policy and the required consent or declarations first.
4. 使用目的 / Why We Use Data
我們只會因應所使用的功能處理資料，包括建立及保障帳戶、同步片單和觀影記錄、顯示公開內容、提供推薦及社交功能、處理積分與兌換、驗證 Premium 權益、回應支援要求、管理內容、偵測濫用，以及履行法律責任。
We process data only as needed for the features you use: creating and protecting accounts, syncing lists and viewing logs, displaying public contributions, providing recommendations and social features, handling rewards and redemptions, verifying Premium entitlements, responding to support, moderating content, detecting abuse, and meeting legal obligations.
6. 保留及保安 / Retention and Security
帳戶有效期間，我們會保留提供你所選功能所需的資料。收到並核實刪除要求後，我們一般會在 30 日內刪除帳戶及直接個人識別資料。
為維持討論內容連貫，公開影評及回覆可在移除帳戶識別後保留並顯示為「已刪除使用者」。舉報、管理、保安、兌換、購買及履行記錄，只會在防止濫用、完成交易、解決爭議或遵守法律所需期間保留，其後刪除或匿名化。
我們使用 HTTPS、存取限制及平台保安控制保護資料；任何網絡或儲存方式均無法保證絕對安全。
While your account is active, we retain the data needed to provide the features you choose. After receiving and verifying a deletion request, we normally delete the account and direct personal identifiers within 30 days.
To preserve discussion context, public reviews and replies may remain after account identifiers are removed and may be shown as from a "Deleted user". Reports, moderation, security, redemption, purchase, and fulfilment records are kept only as long as needed to prevent abuse, complete transactions, resolve disputes, or comply with law, then deleted or anonymized.
We use HTTPS, access restrictions, and platform security controls. No network or storage method can guarantee absolute security.
7. 你的權利及刪除帳戶 / Your Rights and Account Deletion
你可要求查閱或更正個人資料、撤回可選同意，或刪除帳戶。你可在 App 內前往「設定」的登入及同步部分刪除帳戶，亦可使用公開刪除帳戶頁提出要求。
為保障帳戶，我們可能要求你重新登入或核實電郵。刪除 HKMovie67 帳戶不會自動取消仍有效的 Google Play 或 Apple 訂閱；請另行在相關應用程式商店管理訂閱。
You may request access to or correction of personal data, withdraw optional consent, or delete your account. Delete it from the sign-in and sync area in App Settings, or start a request through our public account-deletion page.
To protect the account, we may ask you to sign in again or verify your email. Deleting an HKMovie67 account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play or Apple subscription; manage that subscription separately in the relevant app store.
8. 兒童、跨境及政策更新 / Children, Transfers, and Changes
HKMovie67 並非為 13 歲以下兒童而設，我們不會在知情下向其收集帳戶資料。如你相信兒童在未獲適當同意下提供資料，請聯絡我們。
供應商可能在香港以外地區處理資料；我們會使用其合約及保安措施保護資料。功能、法律或供應商有重大改變時，我們會更新本政策及生效日期，並在適當情況下於服務內提示。
HKMovie67 is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect account data from them. Contact us if you believe a child supplied data without appropriate consent.
Providers may process data outside Hong Kong; we rely on their contractual and security safeguards. We will update this policy and its effective date when features, law, or providers materially change, and provide an in-service notice where appropriate.
